Brainwaves Journey
While serving as the clinical director of a highly regarded clinic, I observed a recurring challenge in the field – while children were making significant strides in clinical settings, these gains didn't always translate seamlessly to everyday life. Recognizing the clinic’s limitations imposed by insurance and liabilities, I founded Brainwaves Pediatric Therapy. This venture aims to bridge the gap between clinic-based progress and real-world application, supporting parents in fostering their child's development in diverse settings – be it at the grocery store, a birthday party, or during bedtime at home. My mission is to empower families with the tools and strategies needed for continuous and meaningful progress beyond the confines of traditional clinic settings.

I do not participate in insurance networks due to the inherent constraints they impose. Opting for private payment affords us the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions in a location of your choosing while prioritizing your primary concerns. Nevertheless, I can furnish a superbill for your convenience so you may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Additionally, I am equipped to accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

My goal isn't to replace your current team. Maybe you have a great Occupational therapist but oral motor development or sensory integration isn't their strength. Or perhaps you feel your team is just stuck and they need another pair of eyes. I can schedule a time to meet with them, to train them and provide a plan of care
